Today’s guest is Michael Terrance from C. Elizabeth’s Absolute Obstruction!
Michael is British, and happens to be a drop dead gorgeous famous movie star and the resulting attention from the paparazzi doesn’t sit well with him. Unfortunately, even with his stature, he has insecurities that don’t always bring out the best in him.
I am distinctly aware that many of you believe me to be a hot head and that I have control issues. Maybe in some respects I am, however, to walk a day in my shoes would leave you well understanding. Keeping meself protected, constantly under the spot light was difficult enough when it was only me, but when me beautiful Rose and family came into me life they were subjected to it as well. That is, I believe, what brought about me vehement overprotectiveness and something that could quite easily spur on control issues in anyone in the same situation.
I am also aware of the slight jealousy in me personality and again, upon laying eyes on me beautiful Rose you would understand why. Nonetheless, I realize some of you would say that is no excuse, therefore you give me no choice but to let you in on something I keep very well guarded; I, myself, am unsure, most of the time, why Rose chose a bloke like meself. After all, all I can offer her is a life under the watchful eye of the public, one where she is constantly scrutinized and where our children are put under the microscope. Paparazzi snapping pictures, newspapers gossiping about everything little thing they do and the worst of it is when they twist it into a fabricated story with no truth behind it at all. Yet, even through all that, Rose continues to love me with her whole heart, knows how to deal with me insecurities and works with me to come to terms with it. My life is worthless without her. For this reason I am trying and as we all know, old habits die hard. Nonetheless, with Rose at me side –- I can accomplish anything. To my readers; thank you for bringing me, human quirks and all, alive in your mind.
C. Elizabeth lives in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada and during her short writing career she’s learned a lot about herself, sometimes to the point that she wonders how the heck she got this far in life and know so little about herself.
For the majority of her life she dabbled in many things, such as drawing, photography, sewing, only to find that after a while, she would lose interest, but writing is a different story — it found her and continues to be an addiction, as well as a most wonderful, incredible passion.
Not only does she write novels, but she does whatever she can to hone her craft. Such as attending the New York Pitch Conference, seminars and the like, as well, she writes for online magazines on the topic of… you guessed it, writing.
Her latest book is the romantic suspense, Absolute Obstruction.

Protecting his wife, Rose, is movie star, Michael Terrance’s, first priority, but no amount of protection can shield her from the obstruction being planned to destroy her.
Being lonely isn’t anything new for 45 year old Rose Terrance. After all, that’s what she signed up for when she married beautiful, 33 year old movie star, Michael Terrance and in spite of her loneliness, their love stays strong. However, their love, nor Michael’s vehement overprotectiveness, can shield Rose from a threat that is beyond Michael’s comprehension, one that annihilates his heart and lines his soul with guilt.
Michael has murderous intentions that lead him to a place he has already asked Rose to forgive him for, taking the phrase “I would die for you” to the extreme.
