A Bookish Conversation with Michelle Beber, author of Angels, Angels, Everywhere

Michelle BeberMichelle Beber has certifications as an Angel Intuitive and Angel Oracle Card Reader from renowned “angel lady,” Doreen Virtue, as well as certifications as a Spiritual Teacher and Archangel Life Coach from Doreen’s son, Charles Virtue.

In 2008, Michelle’s life changed when she attended a spiritual retreat and learned about angels and how they communicate through repetitive number sequences known as “angel numbers.” Little did she know that this insight would lead her on an amazing spiritual journey that would directly connect her with angels and result in the discovery of her life purpose.

Always grateful for the spiritual guidance she has received, Michelle looks forward to sharing the knowledge she has gained to inspire others, especially children. Michelle is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).

Her latest book is the juvenile fiction/children’s picture book, Angels, Angels, Everywhere.

Q: Thank you so much for this interview, Michelle! Can you tell us where you are from?

I was born in Los Angeles, the “City of Angels,” and I still live in southern California.

Q: How did you come up with your title?

The first three words of text were perfect for the overall theme.

Q: They say you can judge a book by its cover. Can you tell us a little about your cover and who designed it?

I had a vision in my head of four female angels of different races flying around the Earth, so I sketched a very crude rendering of my vision and provided it to the illustrator who recreated it into the beautiful picture that you see. Susan Shorter’s illustrations are amazing, and I couldn’t have been blessed with a more perfect artist for my book.

Q: Can you tell us something about your book that would make me run out and buy it?

What makes my book unique is that the words were literally Divinely inspired. I’m an “angel intuitive” which means I’m able to “connect” with the angelic realm. I’m also what’s known as a “lightworker” who’s working with Archangel Michael to bring God’s healing love and light to the world, especially to children. The poetry in my book was given to me by Archangel Michael, and I’m humbled to be able to bring these words of comfort and joy to children.

Q: Are there any messages in this book that you want the reader to know about?

The message within Angels, Angels, Everywhere is to let children know that they are never alone and that they have an angelic support system available 24/7 who love them unconditionally.

Q: What was your most favorite chapter to write and why?

Since my book is a picture book, I’ll tell you about my favorite picture. While I love the cover and the back of the book, my favorite picture is the one where the angel is embracing the mother and daughter in her wings. Susan Shorter’s illustration totally captures the gentleness and sweetness of love.

Q: Why did you feel you had to write this book?

The words touched my heart, and I just knew I was meant to share them with children.

Q: Now, some fun questions – What deep dark secret would you like to share with us?

I’m addicted to reality TV shows!

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

I’d like to go to back to Maui, Hawaii. I went there for the first time last September to receive my angel intuitive certification so it was all work, and no play. Maui is a magical place, and I’ve never felt so at peace as I did when I was there.

Q: Are you a morning person or a night person?

While I enjoy mornings, I’m definitely a night person. I love the peacefulness that exists during the wee hours.

Q: Are there any members in your family who also like to write?

My dad enjoyed writing, and I had a great aunt who wrote poetry.

Q: As a child, were you a dreamer?

I don’t think I was a dreamer as a child, but I’m definitely one now, and I feel that a dream can come true if you believe in yourself and take action to make it happen.

Q: Last but not least, the magic genie has granted you one wish. What would that be?

If I’m being selfless, I’d like peace on Earth. If I’m being selfish, I’d like to retire and write for a living.

Q: Thank you so much for this interview! Do you have any final words?

If writing’s your passion, go for it! Have faith in your abilities, and don’t forget to ask the angels for help!
