A Bookish Conversation with James Eaton, author of ‘Bodybuilding For Weight Loss’


James Eaton is a passionate Self-Help, Fitness, & Education Author who resides in Hinesville, Georgia. He is also a seasoned Affiliate Marketer, Entrepreneur, and Private Protection Officer. Hailing from Selma, Alabama, James’ love of helping people and all-things fitness began early on and it has stayed with him ever since.

During his youth, James would spend countless hours locked up in his room jotting down his book ideas. It wasn’t long before he realized that his newfound passion could become something more: a platform in which he could positively impact other people and enhance their lives in a multitude of different ways.

One of James’ main influences throughout his writing career has been a wellness book by Kevin Trudeau entitled “Natural Cures.” But most of all, he is inspired by his amazing family and his unwavering drive to succeed so he can help as many people as possible on their journey to optimum health, wealth, and happiness.

Fitness and writing aside, James enjoys reading inspirational books (“The Magic of Thinking Big” is one of his all-time favorites) and maintaining a positive attitude through the inevitable ups and downs of life. He is also big on organic food—especially organic chicken, turkey, and roast beef.

Additionally, James’ favorite color is blue and his favorite movie star will forever be Rachel McAdams. One of his most notable accomplishments to date is remaining on gold phase for eight consecutive months during his stay at Job Corps. James holds a Certification in Security & Private Protection Services.

Both infinitely determined and loving, James aims to write books that empower individuals to become their very best versions and lead fulfilling, healthy lives. Just as persistent, he will do whatever it takes to become a bestselling author.

Recently, James released “How to Save Money Through College” and is planning on creating more books that assist people from all walks of life in bettering their lives.

Q: Thank you so much for this interview, James!  Can you tell us where you are from?

I am originally from Selma, Alabama

Q: How did you come up with your title?

I came up with the title while I was in the gym working on a Friday afternoon, and once someone begins a bodybuilding regimen they will shed unwanted fat and build muscle mass especially when they apply what I teach in my book bodybuilding for weight loss.


Q: They say you can judge a book by its cover.  Can you tell us a little about your cover and who designed it?

I went to a website call Fiverr and had a professional design the cover for me. He designed the cover and the spine of my book. I came up with the cover because the guy is holding measuring tape to measure his progress of building muscle mass and shedding fat.


Q: Can you tell us something about your book that would make me run out and buy it?

I put my heart into my book and it is better than other fitness books. The concept of my book bodybuilding for weight loss and the images provided will help stimulate anyone seeking to change their physique. It also provides valuable insight and a clear path to losing weight through exercise and diet. My passion for the subject clearly shines through.


Q: Are there any messages in this book that you want the reader to know about?

Yes, I wrote my book to empower people. There are people who overweight and unhappy. My book can help those people get into the best shape of their lives in as little as 4 weeks.


Q: What was your most favorite chapter to write and why?

My favorite chapter in my book is chapter 6. Chapter 6 is about apple cider vinegar


Q: Why did you feel you had to write this book?

I had to write my book because there are numerous people who are not happy in their own skin and that is because they are not at their ideal weight. My book will help those people reshape their bodies in little to no time.


Q:  Now, some fun questions – What deep dark secret would you like to share with us?

I like to play video games.


Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

I would travel to Brazil, because the people there are happy people.


Q: Are you a morning person or a night person?

I am a night person.


Q: Are there any members in your family who also like to write?

No I am the first writer in my family.


Q: As a child, were you a dreamer?

Yes I would dream of becoming a famous book author.


Q: Last but not least, the magic genie has granted you one wish.  What would that be?

I would wish to be the best author that the world has ever known.
